Of course, you realize that Misty really WAS the one who ran the house. If it wasn't for the paperwork, and her inability to run a keyboard, she wouldn't have even needed her humans. Oh, yes, and she didn't know how to change her litter box. Or, maybe it's that she couldn't be bothered with such mundane things. Mrowwww!

So read on, and remember to give your little house tiger an extra treat tonight, maybe even a dollop of malt remedy, so you won't be blessed with any special hair balls!

1989 - 2004

Mcat blink_tabby sep00.gif (2476 bytes)        Misty passed on to that great catnip patch in the sky May 25, 2004 at the age of 15. She was an orange long-haired female tabby, complete with monogrammed "M" on her forehead. She was partial to triple tail pulls, moist kitty food, and above all, a nice clean litter box. She presided over the Human's Computer Room, where she was caught by John and his digital camera.  Once in awhile she escaped into the rest of the house, at some peril from DJ, who thinks kitties do not belong on knick-knack shelves, or even on top of the mantle.
However, that all changed with the arrival of Domino. Misty and the Black & White finally learned to tolerate each other, and watching DJ try to figure it out :)

Chatre Briande . . . Misty was brought up by "Chat", a multi-color Persian-Siamese mix, who went to that great Catnip Patch in the Sky in 1990, after 15 wondrous years of operating the household. Chat was a large male cat, who, like Misty was rescued from the street.
