Ms Nelson: You say the last known address was in PE. I don't understand PE. but I would say, since you say he was in the USMC, I'd say he had a Marine Corp address too. I'd first get all the info I could from his Marine Corp service record. The records are stored in St Louis, MO and the Veteran's Administration can furnish you forms to get this information. You would be surprised at what you can find out. Get his death certificate and his birth ceretificate from Missouri.
