inman shipping lines margo inman i am interested in the names of the children of the william inman of the inman shipping lines i understand he had sons and daughters his son william a inman was my husbands great grandfather william a capt bill also had inman shipping lines he had a packet of steamships that ran the rivers from st louis missouri to new orleans making riverside stops to set up river stores selling imported and american goods capt bill william a fathered children john my husbands grandfather was his only son john had a twin sister named catherine his other two daughters were hope and elizabeth john's wife's name was elizabeth lizzie gentry they were married in john and elizabeth had two children clone maple inman and lorrane j stout clone was my husband's father clone had sons my husband james married to margo h harris john joe twins richard when john died in lizzie later married and her name became collier when john and elizabeth married his father william a inman gave them a farm in grand prairie texas john fell ill with t b and he and elizabeth moved back to live with relatives capt william a had ships named after his family members his daughter catherine married jim kizer of the st louis area he was a railroad engineer his children are charles living now in crystal city mo and joe who retired to bland mo elizabeth william a's daughter married oke lane of dierks ark her children are cecil opal fred roy and others hope married robert eskridge one of randolph countys wealthiest farmers she was killed very young when her horse threw her one child robert the inman shipping line was co owner with white shipping lines of the titanic gov westmoreland davis of leesburg va married one of the inman women whose family was tied in with the co ownership of the titanic he has a mansion in leesburg va it's called morven park the inman dishes etc are on display there his wife's name was marguerite inman of atlanta her father was also a wealthy cotton broker gov davis died in i think the william inman father of capt bill william inman actually came from france so i'm told i would appreciate any information anyone has on the above thank you margo inman can be reached at marhelane aol com
