Campaign Updates

Dear St. Mary's Parishioners,

The first phase of our capital campaign is off to a terrific start. The preparation phase is winding down and we are happy to announce that our campaign leadership committee is nearly complete. We are wrapping up the final details for our case statement which will be mailed out in the next few weeks. This case statement will begin to provide you with answers to many of the questions you might have about our campaign.

The parish-wide effort will begin in late February and continue through mid-April. Each parish family will be contacted either by mail or personal visit from a campaign representative in order to review the goals, answer your questions and ask for your consideration of a gift. The pledge period is five-years, and I am hopeful to have full participation from the entire parish through giving of talents, prayer and financial gifts.

Please mark your calendars! Our Campaign Kickoff will be the weekend of February 20 and 21. At each Mass there will be a brief campaign presentation. Following Mass campaign leaders and volunteers will be available to discuss the campaign and answer any questions you may have. I look forward to seeing you there.

Please take a look at this Q&A sheet for the answers to some common questions.
