Achievements	2000 – Present, System Integration Engineer / Lab Manager Lead engineer on several key projects including the successful integration of one of the first CDMA 3G1X systems. Designed and supervised the construction of an advanced technology center capable of providing customer demonstrations of emerging communications systems and applications. Designed and built a state of the art integration lab. 1998 - 2000, Senior Switch Technician / Operations Analyst Recognized and awarded an "Impact Award" for outstanding performance during the 4th quarter 1999. Recognized and awarded the "Excellence in Action" award for outstanding performance during the 1st quarter 1999 Installed, provisioned and tested a prototype CDMA Circuit-Mode Data Modem (IWF).
