Adoption

National Council for Single Adoptive Parents - The NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR SINGLE ADOPTIVE PARENTS can tell you how to adopt and how to manage as a single parent. The NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR SINGLE ADOPTIVE PARENTS (formerly Committee for Single Adoptive Parents) was founded by single adoptive parents in 1973 to inform and assist single people in the U.S. who want to adopt. This non-profit corporation supports the right of adoptable children to loving families, regardless of any difference in race, creed, color, or national origin, or of any handicap the children may have. The Council is a member of the Joint Council on International Children's Services, and the North American Council on Adoptable Children.

Autism Society of America - The mission of the Autism Society of America is to promote lifelong access and opportunities for persons within the autism spectrum and their families, to be fully included, participating members of their communities through advocacy, public awareness, education, and research related to autism.

Autism Research Institute - The Autism Research Institute (ARI), a non-profit organization, was established in 1967.
