And so the mountain of evidence grows... It would take a lifetime to post all the documents I have about the care of my children, their quality of life and how CPS and Nurses Plus tried to destroy our family. Just like it would take a lifetime to undo what was done to me and my children. But, I will continue to post as much as I can. I will be posting more of my documents in the the near future. It is just so hard to even know where to start. As you pour over the information you find here, remember that CPS was supplied all this information from the onset of their investigation. They chose to ignore it. And in fact, when evidence was supplied to them that cleared something up, they turned around and added something else and just kept stacking things up. It was hard to keep up with the frenzy they had created. It is important to note too that most of the documentation supporting me is from professionals of all types with nothing to gain by supporting me. CPS didn't care. They had their minds made up from the very beginning. After reading all the evidence, keep in mind, to my understanding, all the state workers in this case are still employed in their official capacity. I have no reason to believe otherwise. They accepted no responsibility for their actions. Not even an apology. Please check this page and others for frequent updates. There is much more to come. UPDATE: There is enough documentation up now to lay the groundwork for our story. I will finish up what I have here for the removal and post any remaining documents that are pertinent. In the meantime, ask yourself as you review the evidence, what child deserves this? Many people who have never had any experience with Child Protective Services (myself included, before I saw it first hand) believe that CPS is only looking out for the best interest of children and that they never lie. They believe that children are never taken from good homes. That just isn't so. This evidence shows that. I have met some CPS workers who genuinely do seemed concerned with the well-being of children. They were a lot less common than the one's who appear misguided. When viewing the evidence page, imagine putting together a picture puzzle. It is very similar. Even though some pieces may look similar, they can each only fit a certain way. You start out with one piece. And while it is nice to look at, it really doesn't tell you much. Gradually, you place the pieces until more and more of the picture begins to take view. Eventually, you will have a complete picture. So it is with this page. After viewing the evidence, ask yourself... is this the exception, or is it the rule? Is this child "protection"? It is also important to note that I have had more than 5 Child Protective Services workers (including a high ranking supervisor) in and out of my home specifically to monitor for more than 2 years and they all came to the same conclusion. My children are thriving and safe! [reports forthcoming] It took one worker who had never met me, one visit to almost destroy the lives of me and my 2 children. COMING SOON:
